Frozera is the premier producer and exporter of frozen fruits and vegetables in Georgia. We have more than 10 year of experience. With talented and energetic management, Frozera continues to broaden and develop agricultural supply chain in order to bring to customers a large variety of produce with the highest level of quality. Because of Georgia’s unique microclimate, nature-friendly cultivation methods and strict control of processing, we are capable of producing deep frozen fruits and vegetables of top quality and taste.
Our factory is located in the Aragvi valley, 20 km from Georgia’s capital, Tbilisi. Water from Aragvi is used for supplying drinking water to more than 1.5 million inhabitants of Tbilisi, thus the valley is under strict control and only very “clean” enterprises are allowed in the surrounding area. Our processing capacity is 25 000 tons and we already have plans to increase it. Processing area of 5000 m2 and 4500 pallet cold-store are located on a 30 000 m2 site.
Our European equipment and machinery, along with our production processes, are modern, efficient and consistently ensure the highest quality outputs. We have an on-site laboratory for regular testing of the ready products and raw material, plus we carry out a pesticide-residue monitoring program. We constantly strive for the utmost safety of our products.
